Where are you located?
​We are located in Jacksonville, FL at the Jacksonville International Airport inside of the Double Tree hotel. When you pull up you will see our unique vehicles, reservations are required so please call us at (904)385-9676 and we can get you in a vehicle 24-hours a day.

I see other rental companies, what makes you different?
We are North Florida's ONLY authorized Polaris Slingshot Outfitter. We are in partnership with Polaris' rental program, Polaris Adventures. Our entire fleet of new vehicles are maintained and serviced by Polaris technicians and we provide full coverage insurance vetted by Polaris themselves. Book with confidence knowing that through our partnership with Polaris corporate, we are held to a higher standard then a third-party company off the street. Additionally, we provide ALL of our guests with FULL-COVERAGE COMMERCIAL INSURNACE FREE OF CHARGE. We want you to have fun and be safe doing it! Safety is our top priority.

How old do you have to be to drive a slingshot? ​ 
You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.

I have a reservation already and need to fill out a waiver. What is the link to the waiver?
Your waiver is emailed and texted to you at the time of reservation, if you did not receive it then please call us at (904)385-9676 and we will resend it.

Do I need a motorcycle license or endorsement?
No. In the State of Florida, our vehicles are considered autocycles and as such a motorcycle endorsement is not required. As long as you have a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years old then you are good to go!

What is required to book a slingshot?​         
Full payment is due when picking up your vehicle. A 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required at time of booking. This fee is applied to your rental balance day of. You will also need to bring with you: a valid driver's license and the credit/ debit card you used during booking. THE CARD BEING USED FOR PAYMENT MUST MATCH THE NAME OF THE PRIMARY DRIVER.

Is fuel included? ​         
No, fuel is not included but our hub is located near several gas stations. You will be responsible for returning the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that was provided to you. Our vehicles do take premium 93 octane fuel.

Can you pick me up from my hotel or drop off the vehicle to me?         
We are currently working on a way to do deliveries in the future but currently all of our rentals must originate on-site. We are a short Uber/Lyft ride from most locations.

Can you suggest things for me to do?         
Absolutely! We are all locals and can point you in the right direction for an amazing day! We have several prebuilt self-guided adventures that we can send you on, just ask!

Do I have to know how to drive a manual/standard vehicle?         
NO! In addition to our 2025 SPECIAL EDITIONS Polaris Slingshots, we now have brand new Automatic Polaris Slingshots! Get the feel of a Manual Vehicle without the need to switch the gears yourself. If you would like to drive one of our Manual Polaris Slingshots, you must know how to drive a manual transmission with a third pedal clutch and stick-shift.

Can I add an additional driver to my reservation?
Yes, you can add an additional driver at the time of booking, over the phone or at the time of pick-up. You can add as many driver's over 21 as you would like the cost is $9.99 per person added to drive and they will receive all the protections and insurance offered to the primary driver.

Is the Price per person? ​         
NO! The price listed is for two people (unless otherwise noted)! We have tailored our prices to be very competitive with other options. It does cost to add additional drivers but you can can ride at the included price.
